Common questions
Where is my journal stored? On your iPhone, locally. Optional cloud features only send the data they need for that specific feature (AI Companion text, cloud transcription audio). See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete my Confido Cloud account? In Settings › Account › Delete Account. This removes your account and all associated server-side data.
Does Confido work without an internet connection? Yes. The core journaling features work fully offline. Only cloud features (AI Companion, cloud transcription) need network access.
